The case is broken and it's time for a new, used, or rebuilt transfer case.

and you know some good shop with all the parts to repair this?

I have a problem with this plug-in, because the wires from the plug fell out, and I do not know how it is to be correctly or is it indifference?

You should be able to push the wires back into that plug unless the is damage on the ends that hold them in the housing. Also its pretty much impossible to recommend a shop when we don't know where you live.
