make sure everything is unplugged on it so the wires dont hold it back. jack transmission up higher if u cant get tcase above torsion bar crossmember.

keeping it as level as possible helps. when it gets near the end the weight wants to pull down and itll bind.

you need to remove the bolts on the transfer case side of the extension housing. the output shaft from the tranny is getting hung up inside the extension housing.
