97 S10 Blazer, overheat help!
I have a 1997 S10 Blazer that i ran into some probles with. I was on my way to army drill, when all of a sudden it stopped putting heat out of the heater, thenthe temp guage when up very quickly, so i pulled it off the road before i causedany bad damage. I popped the hood, it was putting out antifreeze on the top/front of the engine, steaming everywhere. it wasnt far from my house so we towed it home. I just am not sure what it could be... a freeze plug?...a intake gasket?...a water pump? any help would be great and thanks in advance. it starts right up and runs, just gotta turn it off b/c it looses anitfreeze and starts to over heat.

RE: 97 S10 Blazer, overheat help!
i was leaking antifreeze there earlier. what happened is that when i put the top radiator hose back on i put the hose clamp down to far and had to move it up. details arent important but it leaked kinda bad so you might want to check that top radiator hose, make sure the hose clamp is on tight and everything. good luck
