trouble some check engine codes
#1
Ok first off I just got this blazer today. It's got a great body on it and didn't pay much for it. Well now I know why I didn't pay much for it! Anyways Got it home, check engine light came on! First thing I did was grab my ob2 scanner and went out to check the codes. 6 codes popped up... First code is p0101 (maf or vaf ckt range/perf), anyone have any idea's what this means and does it need to be fixed right away or can I drive with it like that? Second code is p0131 (o2 sensor low voltage bank 1) I already know it needs o2 sensors cause both o2 sensors are throwing codes. Third thing p0301 ( cylinder 1 misfire) Could that be just spark plug or spark plug wire? Fourth code is p0785 (shift/timing selinoid malfuntion) I have no idea what that is can any one explain please? 5th was the same thing as fourth... anyone know why it would throw the same code twice?
Any help would be greatly apreated.
forgot to mention it's a 97 chevy blazer lt... with the 4.3L vortech.

Why do you say both O2's are bad? If the wire is cut, you can put new O2's in forever and ever amen, and you're gonna' get O2 codes.
"Third thing p0301 ( cylinder 1 misfire) Could that be just spark plug or spark plug wire?"
Could be, and could be fuel-doused plug, and some other stuff too.
Buy-a-part Plug and Pray repair never works NOPE. Do diags. Got multimeter?
Clear codes, restart til closed loop, then get new C Current codes.

That's why shady mechanics wait until your car is cool, to call you and come get it. They change a GOOD part, you get your car, drive away FINE, and you're home before it's warmed up, so you think it's fine. First time it gets FULLY warm, BOOM. Same problem.
