Uniqe fuel delivery issue

O.k. So i finally have time to work on the truck again.

Read out the wires at the relay contacts.

Orange wire has 0 volts and good continuity to the vcm connector.
Green and White has zero volts and good continuity to the vcm connector.
Gray wire runs the pump when jumped straight to the battery.
Good grounds.

Swapped in another vcm, no luck. Any ideas before i rip the dash out?

Orange wire must show battery voltage at all times. This is where the relay gets power to activate the fuel pump. It does NOT go to the PCM, it goes from #9 20 amp fuse to the fuel pump relay. This most likely is why the pump will not run.

Put the original PCM back in the vehicle. No idea where you got it, but I'll bet it was not fully programmed after it was installed.
