unstable hvac power
I have ac blower problem in the last two week, i search through this forum and checked atc blower resistor, blower itself an so on, they are okay. Then i found on the fuse hvac 30 amp there was no power. I opened the the fuse and it was not blown, checked with multitester and no power on the fuse box until i pushed the wire and everithing back to normal. Today i got same problem, i pushed the wire under the fuse box and the power back, but it was only 8-10 votls. I guest something loose due to hot from engine, but do you have suggestion to fix it? Should i open the fuse box? or is it okay to bypass and replace with new wire from battery and install same size fuse then connect directly to blower? Or this problem is due to bad ground istead of power through orange cable.
Now it works normal, but i am sure thevproblem will back again.
I am not a mechanic just a blazerian, and i have tried to go to dealer here in sumatra indonesia, but they did not have idea on it. this is because vortec blazer 4,3 very limited here, in indonesia there are 15 cars only.
Your advise is highly appreciated.
