Hot hesitation

Hot hesitation
I have had a hesitation issue for some time. Now I have fixed it to the point were it only show’s its ugly head when it is hot outside, and the engine is at operating temp. I have replaced the fuel pump, the smog pump (who knew there has such a thing?) (put your hands down LOL), and the Air Charge Temperature Sensor. In that order. All seemed well, besides this slight hesitation as I got closer to home in a 30 min drive. Tell the weather got HOT. Now it is real bad (still hot)
Only dose it at peak temp, and when I open the acceleration up. When this happens it bogs down, and slowly builds tell it gets to a certain point and the acceleration kicks up to how it is all the other time, “normal”.
I have a trip coming up were I’ll be hauling a bunch of camping gear (I take to much stuff), and pulling a utility trailer with 3 dirt bikes. I don’t know how all this extra weight will effect the truck. There is a very large bridge also, with a decent grade incline that I have to go over. So I am trying to get this ironed out before this trip. As always I REALLY do appreciate this site, and all the great help I have received. Thank you for any advice anyone might have with this issue.

Same with us, except it only is bad when the car has been sitting. Makes it a PAIN when pulling out of the driveway. My uncle is a mechanic and my dad wants to ask him to fix it. If he does I can post what he did here.
