Where is my coolant going?
So im losing about a gallon of coolant every few weeks but i dont know where it is going, I changed the radiator, the hoses, the thermostat and the radiator cap twice... The oil looks fine and i hear swooshing noise in my car, I also smell coolant when i open the hood of my car and sometimes from outside my car.. Where should i look, I dont think i see any coolant leaking but i could just be blind. Also i flushed my coolant completely 3 different times and that didnt help.

Do a pressure test on the cooling system. You could have an internal gasket leaking. Intake manifold gaskets are a common failure point. It could be dripping inside the engine and burning off before it mixes with the oil. Less likely is a head gasket but it is possible. Another possible leak point is the riser pipe that connects the manifold to the radiator hose. They have a tendency to rust out and get pinhole leaks. All of the above should be detected with a pressure test. I think I paid about $20 to get one done a few years ago.

Soooo I went to work on my car this past weekend and I think i found the leak, It must be a newer leak because there never used to be a puddle but any ways I think that it is my intake manifold gasket that is leaking, Its right above the pulleys and under where the thermostat bolts down
Edit: I took it to a mechanic and he said that it looks like its a freezer plug and that its probably super rusted, they quoted me like $170 for it and they said its worth it to just change them all and after reading how bad they are to change ima just let them do it
