Default where is splice pack 243?

2000 chevy blazer 2door 4x4 auto 4.3L, Sorry I meant splice pack 423, I can't seem to find sp423 and ground g450, I've checked some schematics for this truck and its shows sp423 should be on the frame in front of the fuel tank but its not there, also I need to find ground g450, thanks!!!

My 2000 service manual says SP423 is in the Chassis Harness, On Top Of The Rear Crossmember & G450 is in the Body Harness, In The Left Rear Body Corner, Near C403 To The Tail Lamp Harness.

Maybe that helped.

well i found it this morning, sp423 is tucked up on top of the rear cross member stuck in between the body and the cross member, thanks chevrolet!!!! i couldn't think of a more perfect spot to mount one of the important main splice packs, i mean god forbid if they moved back about 2 inches and down about 1 inch and mount it on the back of the cross member, i'm going to have to lift the rear of the body up a couple of inches to access the bolt for the splice pack and who knows what else as i get further into it, anyways thanks for the reply!!!

well i was able to take the rear bolts out of both fuel tank straps and lightly lower and pry the fuel tank down just enough to get a stubby 13mm wrench blindly up onto the grounding bolt for sp423, and also while using a screwdriver to pry against the wrench to break the bolt loose and it took almost a half and hour to finally get the bolt out using this method, BUT it sure beats lifting the body up a couple of inches which would require a pile more work unhooking and removing a bunch of stuff. so anyways i relocated the ground for the fuel filler neck and also sp423 ON THE BACK OF THE REAR CROSSMEMBER NOT THE TOP were it should be, and now truck runs like new again.......for now.....
no more bucking at 2000 rpms or cruising at 65mph at highway speeds!!!!!!

I have searched all my wiring diagrams for the 1995 blazer s10, but I can't find anything about a SP423. My problem seems to be gone after some spark wires and a new battery, but I would like to inspect this splice pack anyway.
Any hints to where it is located on a 1995 blazer S10?

This probably is a 98+ thing. If I have time, I'll check it out and report back.

Calm the heck down there sparky. Have a read through the rules of the forum and try not to post back to back like you have done.

I said, "If I have time". I haven't had time to sit down with my FSMs yet (currently at work). If you are that impatient, why don't you go buy an FSM for your truck and look it up. Or maybe someone else would be so kind as to look it up.
