It might be as simple as popping something back in place or a clip may have broken in there. The only way to know is to pull the door panel and see where it came off at. Its easy to pull the panel and only takes a philips screwdriver to do. just be aware of wires in there and you should be fine.

i've got that far and took the inside of the door off but, the glass is all the way to the door and when i try to roll it down it gets stuck and stop like its hitting something. hers a pic of the window from the outside.
and inside looking down the door.

Sounds like something is broken and jambed in there. You can try to rock the glass back and forth while someone pushes the button down to get it to move a bit. You will need to look across the bottom of the glass since thats where it connects to the door. There shoud be access holes on the inside of the door. If they are blocked by plastic just cut slits in it however large you need and get in there that way. Once you have it back on track you can seal the slits up with some duct tape and that will seal and hold just fine and you won't see it anyway.
