Anyone got a suggestion? It turns over fine but just won't fire up. After the sun comes up and dries it out, it fires right up.

Ignition system. Sounds like you have a problem with the ignition system. When was the last time a tune up was performed (cap, rotor, plugs & wires)? If recently, what brand of parts did you use? These trucks prefer AC Delco ignition components.

Have you tried misting down the engine while its running, looking for spark leaking from the wires or coil? Have you inspected the distributor cap for signs of cross firing or wear on the cap/rotor terminals?
