Default zr2 backspacing

Im pretty sure i know the answer to this but i want to make sure before i make the decision. I know a guy who has wheels i was going to buy for my 99 zr2, just found out they have 5 inch backspacing. from what i read on here i have 6 inches stock so would buying these rims make my tires stick out another inch? and also would the inch make a difference or shud i just scrap the idea and get rims with the 6 inches (which is whats im starting to lean towards).

Thanks in advance.

yes they will stick out another inch. that shouldn't be much of a problem my rims have 4.5" backspacing and they do fine. I wouldn't get anything with less than 4" of backspacing

You might have some minor rubbing on the flareletts but nothing serious.
