'00 Blazer Exhaust suggestions?

I currently cannot get my 2000 Blazer 4dr 4wd LS to pass inspection as the tail end of my exhaust broke off recently. As the whole exhaust system is not in the best shape as is I jus thought it might be good to replace the system rather than try and fix it. I also wouldn't mind getting something that might help the engine breath a little better, but do NOT want super loud or droney. do y'all have any suggestions on what I should get? If i don't hear from people I will probably go with the rockauto walkers daily driver kit.

I used the Walker parts except I installed a Flowmaster muffer as it is a lot smaller and tucks up higher....does not show below the frame rail on the right side. Yes it is louder than stock, but not bad...can easily talk and hear the radio when driving.

Kind of whatever you can find at this point, most of the major makes have discontinued products supporting these models. You could probably do a lot worse than than the Rockauto.

It's only a 4.3 V6; even with straight pipes it doesn't get REAL loud.

I installed the Walker Dynomax kit. I didn't even have to bring it into my garage and did it in my driveway. The sound was just a tad deeper but not really louder. I did the whole job in an afternoon.

Do you also need a cat?
