1995 blazer won't start

Blazer had starter replaced 2 years ago, fuel pump comes on, all lights, bells, and gauges light up, rotor , plugs, plug wires, and distributor just replaced.. turn key over and no sound other than fuel pump kicking on. Any ideas.

no sound...is the engine turning over?

Check voltage at battery, need at least 11.5, clean battery terminals, follow heavy black wire from negative terminal to engine block. Make sure all are clean and tight.

The main idea is a simple bad electrical connection.

no, the engine is not making a sound at all.

I'd go after the solenoid or maybe a bad ground.

check the battery voltage like spitty was saying. also check the cable at the starter and make sure you are getting full voltage through the cable from the battery to the solenoid. if it has had excessive corrosion over time it will follow the wires inside the insulation

Cool. Will try that and see what happens.
