1995 Lt Blazer AC

Ok so i know ive ask alot of questions since i started up as a member about a week ago but i have another, my AC doesnt work in that it doesnt blow cold. Now the previous owner said that they had it recharged with coolant but they thought it could be leaking. So i guess my question would be should i even try to tackle this fiasco on my own.

If you're going to do A/C work safely and properly, there are a few necessary tools you'll need, along with a knowledge of refrigeration. The proper tools are expensive: a manifold gauge set to check high and low side pressure simultaneously, a vacuum pump to evacuate the system, and a means of locating leaks, ie black light, or electronic leak detector. If you're not prepared to spend $500 or more on tools, better let a pro do it. ;)
