will a 98-00 automatic fit my 96 with no modifications? I was told there were some modifications to the 98-00 tranny but only improvements and it will fit. does anyone agree ?

 

I know they made a big chance to the 4L60E...I just cant remember if it was 94-95 or if it was in the 97-98 model year change. The problem was the bellhousing being 1 part and then becoming 2 parts?
