2000 chevy blazer 4x4 LT 4.3l hesitates

at a dead stop or a low rolling speed upon acceleration it hesitates pretty bad but eventually goes. once your moving no problems. the plugs look old but gap is good cap+rotor needs some cleaning or just replace? I plan to do the fuel filter. from what I can see the vacuum lines seem ok. im going to clean the mass air flow sensor.. what else?

mine was doing the same thing...i also changed plugs, wires, icm. still had the problem. took the MAF apart and cleaned it, and it worked fine again..

after I did all that and put it all back together it seems like its running a tad high idle and my mph gauge is on the other side at 100mph. and rpm was alittle jumpy before now it seems even more sluggish. what is the idle suppose to be on how many rpms?

Idle should be about 850 to 900.

mine was there and then settle down to about 600 now seems to be normal cause that's what my jeeps basically are
