2000 chevy blazer.instrument cluster stepper motors.

i would greatly appreciate being helped with the number/rating for my 2000 blazer instrument cluster stepper motors. i believe the speedo is intermittent. have replaced vss[ no transmission problems though]. had the transfer case fluids changed and filled . there seems to be no rhyme or reason outstanding for the spotty speedo. here again and gone again. looking into replacing the stepper motors and i cannot find a part number online.

eBay kits are plentiful. Better check mph with a scanner. That is the signal the pcm is sending to the speedo. Make sure it is correct. If so then has to be stepper motor.

things i have observed. the speedometer is inoperative more than not. registering for ten miles out of one hundred or so. the radio volume boost is operative when the speedometer is operative, there is a check engine light on predating my speedometer issue and autozone read the code and told me it indicates the charcoal evap can, no fix[ googling produced a host of options but i have done nothing but ignore the light[. this vehicle has been throwing its abs light on and off for some time . only occasionally pulsing at very low speeds. managable. i have a very slight oil leak at i believe the cooler.
