2000 Trailblazer A/C problem
Gotta problem with my blazer I had to add so 134 to my ac a couple of months ago and it worked excellent cold cold air, but now it's not so cold to be honest not cold at all so I put my gauges on and it's still full and has good pressure. The ac comp. is coming on I'm just kinda stumped at the moment. Oh yeah I also drained the entire system and recharged it still same thing no cold air. Could it possibly be the accumulator or orfice tube?

If accumulator or orifice tube is problem you would notice frost on your lines. I would check blend air doors or look for a vacuum leak under the hood maybe your blend air doors are not moving.
Yeah, I think if the orfice tube was out that the high pressure cut off would kick in and they system wouldn't turn on.
Thats a good point. Do you guys happen to know where I could find a exploded view of the HVAC system, where all the elec. connections and vaccum lines go and parts list do you?
O K so the blend doors are working properly and no vaccum leaks found. How ever the air is cool but not cold and the system is still showing it is full. I know this may sound crazy but is it possible that the refridgerant could be gone but still have pressure to make the compresser stay on? Casue I don't understand why it stays on but the air isn't cold:icon_doh:
