2003 4wd with electrical problem
 

I inherited an 03 blazer with a bad electrical issue. The airbags in the truck deployed while the previous owner was driving it, and they just gave the truck away. Issues with the truck beside that include:

Rear hatch will not unlock, or glass won't open
If you take the instrument pannel fuse out the radio will work but gauges will not
Cigerette lighter fuse blows if it's even inserted
Power locks do not work, and you can only roll down windows from the drivers door
With the guages fuse in the radio won't work, but if you roll down the right rear window and hold it in the down spot everything on the dash will work as well as the radio.

I have looked all over and can't find a stray wire or short anywhere. Has anyone seen or heard of this before? Truck drives fine to go back and forth to work but it would be nice to have it working right. Any help anyone can provide would be great. Thanks for your time.
