2005 Chev Blazer 4wd Front lower ball joints

Hi

Shop said my lower ball joints are going, how much are the parts and labour on this typically?

I can feel the truck not stay on track and can feel the in the steering wheel the road more.

Any idea?

parts about 40-65 per ball joint, as for labor.. I am not sure on that one. being its the lowers, a bit more involved than the uppers. especially if they have never been replaced before, and are still riveted.

Moog, (good quality stuff) lower ball joints (K5335) ~$60.00 each.
Flat rate labor time is 1.7 hours per side, plus an alignment.

If you're planning on keeping the vehicle, use Moog parts, not some el cheapo knock off China junk. Ball joints are not something to cut corners on trying to save money.

EDIT: Depending on your local labor rate, total should be ~$450.00

like said , if you plan on keeping it use better quality parts
The labor is the same just less chance of ever needing to do it again and having to pay the labor a second time

I bought all killer top of the line parts, upper and lowers and new pitman arm, all new p/s fluid. and alignment... very tight
