I am planning on installing rear shackles on my 2005 ZR2. i noticed that there is a black box on the drivers side under the rear fender next to the gas tank. it appears that the 'box' needs to be moved out of the way to remove the driver side shackle bolts.

does anyone know what this box is and how to remove it?
