2nd or 3rd gear start

I really need some advice. I have changed almost everything. I have a 98 Blazer with over 200,000 miles on it. It is a great ride. But it now starts in second or third. I have checked for power to the transmission. I have power going to the solenoids. I have a scan tool that shows what the settings are when the code sets. I get the code P0758. Shift Solenoid B Electrical.
What else besides no power going to the trans can cause this code. My scan tool will not turn on or off the shift solenoids. But I checked for power inside the trans. and I have power going in. I have changed the transmission twice. I have changed: coil, ignition module, cam sensor, throttle position sensor, plugs, wires, cap & rotor.
If I can't get this fixed, I will have to get rid of this car. I like it and I really want to fix this. Please, Any help would be very appreciated. Thank you so much for helping others with their Blazers.

RE: 2nd or 3rd gear start

You have changed the trans 2 times and have the same problem every time? Those parts you listed have nothing to do with this problem. It is either a solenoid, wiring, computer, or transmission.

Well if after changing 2 transmissions andthe problem is still there then it is not the tranny. You have either a wiring problem or to agree with Kordog a computer problem...

Thanks for the advice. Does anyone know where I can find the readouts for the wiring harness for the trans? If I could tell what I was supposed to have and what I really have I could find the problem.
thanks again. What a bunch of great people on here.
