4.3 mild to moderate build looking for suggestions

i have a 2001 blazer 4dr 4x4 looking to squeeze more hp out of it....
i will be building a different motor but i want to keep stock stall convertor, FI and minimal machine work (except the normal bore, polish/grind crank, etc...)

WILL bore .060 over
stock even-fire crank
stock style pistons (better than OE and .060 oversized)
looking at comp cams 270ahr with .470 lift
double valvesprings
rollerrockers (will machine heads for screw in rockerstuds)
dual-tooth timing chain set
port/polish heads intake
upgrade SCPI to MPFI
pcm programmer

my questions:
cam? anything better? MUST BE COMPUTER CONTROLLED!
can i mill the heads w/o any problems to achieve 10.0:1 compression?
ANY OTHER IDEAS/SUGGESTIONS? PLEASE LET ME KNOW!! THANKS!!
