4 trouble codes with a no start condition.

I have a 1995 Chevy blazer 4.3 that has a no start condition. It flashes codes 13 22 23 and 44. I'm trying to pinpoint if any of these codes are related or if my pcm is taking a crap. I have replaced the 02 sensor and the iat sensor. It started having hard starts and surging idle and now it won't start at all just keeps turning over but no crank. Any help would be appreciated.

It has been several years since I had a '95, so I may be a bit rusty:
The '95 was a transistion year between OBDI and II; had different fuel injectors systems as well.

Pretty ramdon codes; perhaps the 22 might cause a no start, but I doubt it.

Have you checked for fuel and spark?
Also check battery terminal connections and cables for corrosion.

Alot of problems but they are not the cause

These cars may have computers but they are still a engine, none of the codes you are showing will keep it from starting. If you have a good blue spark and Either will not get her on her feet.then you have a serious problem. O2 sensors, TPS sensor, and mixture are not going to keep a car from starting.

You may have a bad distributor, crank position sensor, compression, exhaust clogged. Have you tried starting it with a jump and allot of Either. O2 sensors you can take them out, you don't need them and allot of other sensors on the car to run, they just make it run good.
