4 wire plug on tccm.....
 

On 99 s Blazer with nv236 auto trans 4 button dash switch.
is this pair of four wires used to power tccm and encode motor ?

These wires are the main power (orange), ground (black), and then the motor feed A & B (red & black again). Only the red & black ones go to the encoder motor. The encoder (position sensor) itself is powered off of the light green / black wire which feeds a +8V reference out to the encoder.

I guess I am not following you here... What is the problem that you are trying to solve?

Well copy past didn't work sorry..

Bad tccm by means of water dripping on it took out two weather pack terminals (they should be) :), ruined orange main power feed to tccm. (no leak found anywhere)

Noticed with tccm removed right front power window would not work @ switch on that side only master switch driver side would bring window up or down. looking @ wiring diagram don't show that window is tyed to power for tccm....Hmmmmm.

There should be no connection between the power windows and the TCCM... That is quite odd.

As far as the corrosion on the terminals, the connections on the TCCM are far from weather pack connections. There is no seal on them. And I have seen corroded pins on otherwise perfectly dry components with no signs of leaks anywhere.

is there a way to test these wires ?

Get them disconnected at both ends then measure resistance and check for shorts to ground and power.
