Try a tccm relearn, pull the tccm fuse from under the dash for 30 minutes, replace and try again.
Are you sure there are you sure there are no vac leaks?

No vacumn leaks put a vacumn pump on the actuator just to make sure and the tccm clicks and light just flashes i have reseted the fuse. same problem

Have you run the diagnostic test?

I would keep trying several more times, just to build up enough faults in the TCCM that it might give you more codes if you run the diagnostic one more time. If nothing comes up in the diagnostic, then it might be a bad sensor at the front diff. (the one that tells the TCCM if the axle shafts are joined).

How much is that sensor and i was thinking it might be the tccm because you can hear a click directly from the tccm and i havent replaced it yet.

Bad TCCM will be a DTC 4. See if you get that before replacing the TCCM. If you don't get any more faults with the diagnostic test, I would then try replacing the sensor. No idea how much it is.
