Default 95 - 4WD, 4.3Lt Tugs when the speed is between 45 - 50 mil

I have my Chevy Blazer 954WD, automatic transmision, 4.3 lt, 4 doors, 135000 mil, This week my car got a problem (tugs) when I drive on highways and the speed is between 45 and 50 mil (4th and 5th) the blazer did some tugs, but is just between those speeds, below and above doesnt ave that problem, My blazer was perfect before that but I enrroled in the ARMY and It was sleeping for 6 months (the battery was died and I changed that), I changed the oil, I used some full injector cleaner, and checked all the fluids (transmision, breaks, power stering). and It worked very well, but I drove from Miami to Columbus ,GA. and 1 week after that the Blazer got that problem, Is it a big problem.
When the tugs are present the revs are moving from 1500 and 1800.
One more thing sometimes when I finish mi route, and I change to Parking the revolutions remain in 1200, that always was in 800 before
I need some advices...

Default RE: 95 - 4WD, 4.3Lt Tugs when the speed is between 45 - 50 mil

There has been a rash of posts similar to this lately. My first thought with them all is that there is a problem with the torque converter clutch solenoid and/or valve which is causing the torque converter to lock and unlock rapidly.
