Exclamation 95 Jimmy a/c problem plz help

Alright ive been reading some of the other pages about a/c problems. But still can't get cold air.

I bought a 18 oz can of EZ Chill from advance auto parts and it has the gauge with it. So i hooked it up. Clutch wasn't kicking on so i jumped the low side switch and started to fill it.

I think i over filled it at first. It was climbing to about 45psi on the gauge or so, but it was blowing a little cold air. It was running in the ALERT section of the gauge which worried me, so i drained some of it out. Now im back to square one WARM air.

Now i have it running with Max a/c ON at 37-39 psi. On the bottle it says to be in the blue section and that means correct charge.

It stays at that pressure but its still blowing warm air. I dont know if i did something wrong or what. Can anybody help me out? Im not sure if i need to add more or what.

Also do you guys think it could be the blend door actuator? I did a little more searching and seen that people were having trouble with warm or cold air and the problem was that actuator, but i really didnt want to pull the dash out being that its a 95 so i cant do the glove box trick

also another thing to add is i had it on max ac and it felt like a VERY little cool air was coming from the floor vents, but warm air from the regular vents....is the actuator the problem???? please someone help, very tight on money and i can't afford a mech at this time.

Does your accumulator get cold when the A/C is on? If it does, your A/C is working OK but your blend door probably is not.
