Default 95 s10 blazer 4x4

I am new to this. My son was driving the blazer and it died on him. I changed out the fuel pump and still nothing I am not getting fuel. I checked the fuse and the relay. Could this be the cam positioning sen. or what please help

*Moving to 2nd Gen Tech* - The forum help & suggestions center is for forum/software related help.

How have you determined that you are not getting fuel? Are you using a fuel pressure gauge? If so, what is the pressure with the key on, engine off? It should be 55-60psi and the pressure should not drop below 50psi for 10 minutes after the pumps shuts off.

If there is +12V power and ground to the fuel pump connector, the only other cause for a non-working pump is the pump itself.

No, I do not think it is the cam position sensor.

As I already said... If you have +12V and a good ground to the pump, the pump should run provided the pump is good. Period, the end. You either do not have +12V, a good ground, or a good pump if the pump is not running.
