95 s10 Blazer-fuel miss

I have a 1995 s10 blazer that I've had a problem with for a long time. The blazer runs smooth until at an operating temperature, with the gas pedal to the floor the blazer will then begin to miss and backfire. If the accelarater is kept to the floor it will shut the motor down, yet if you give it only a small amount of gas it will stop missing???? Ive replaced the following: fuel pump, filter, cpi spider injection, plugs, wires, coil, cap ,button, temp sending unit, iac sensor, egr valve, and have tried a used cpu. Anyone have the slightest idea of what this may be??? The next step is maybe to replace my crankshaft position sensor?? I would appreciate any suggestions. thanks

I would suggest that you attach a fuel pressure gauge and route it so you can view it while driving. I think you are loosing to much fuel pressure on WOT. There is a minimum pressure loss that is acceptable. The FPR on the 95 is the weak link on the injector system and can not be replaced I'm told. There is a company that sells a kit to adapt a 96 & later FPR to the 95, it's about $100.00.
