95 S10LT 4.3 starts then dies
I recently got a p0440 code and was able to find a fix the problem. It entailed dropping the fuel tank and checking the seals and connecting hoses. Once finding the leak(damaged hose) the code cleared. Now the truck will start and run about 1-5 min before dying. As it was running I could hear the fuel pump working, replaced one year ago, and then it sounded like it started to loose pressure and the engine died. I have been searching the thread and know that I need to check the pressure with a gauge. I would like to know what else to trouble shoot and if anyone has had similar problems and what the most likely fix is. This is a 2nd gen engine with a w in the vin.
