I have a 97 Blazer 4.3 4x4 that before when my wife was driving cut off on her then after setting a few minutes would start back. When it cut off she said the gauges and the lights such as airbag and the lights that light up when you first turn the key on was lit up and going crazy. I replaced the ignition module the Distributer cap, coil and rotor button. Then when you turn the key on and try to start every now and then it would start. It would start when the lights such as airbag and the lights that normally would turn on when the key was turned on. Now the lights that suppose to come on when the switch is turned on will not light and the Blazer will not start. Please help. THANKS

I may have found my problem I took the bottom part under steering column apart and pushed up on the ignition switch part and the lights came on and it started up. As soon as I took my hand off the switch part it turned off. I repeated several times, Seems like the ignition switch. Thanks
