99 Blazer ZR2 Died and now won't start.

So Monday I was going to work and everything was fine but started having a loss of power and the engine died.

When trying to restart the engine cranks but feels like the plugs are firing on the wrong position and the crank stops dead in its tracks, almost like the plugs are on in the wrong order. But I didn't touch anything and the car was running fine just before.

I've tried replacing the crank and cam shaft sensors, and after buying a fuel pressure tester (amazing that buying one is 1/3 the price of renting) looks like my pump and filter are still good. But I'm more or less out of ideas.

Here is a list of recent repairs done so we can try ruling things out.

New fuel pump and filter, 2 years ago Recently tested at 65 PSI with pump running and drops to 55 PSI when not. (Autozone pump, I knew it was wrong but I did it anyway because I was in a jam at the time but I used a Fram filter so that helps.)

New distributor cap and rotor 1 year ago. (Acell brand on both). Cap had a little bit of brass dust on the top and some carbon dust in the center.

New plugs 1 year ago (AC Delco Iridium)

New wires 6 weeks ago (AC Delco) Replace a Napa Belden set that arced quite often on driverside fire wall.

New Motor, trans mounts and roll bar bushings 2 weeks ago (Energy Suspension)

New Cam and Crank sensors on Monday.

Any ideas or new things to try?
Thank you all.

So thinking the timing chain jumped a tooth, I took off the front cover to discover this:

The chain is fairly loose when I push on the side but looked to still be in time. Confused and out of ideas I then investigated a bit more and discovered this:

FML. I guess there wasn't enough light to see it on Monday. But it looks like the passage going to #4 plug is arcing to the coil input.

The whole reason I bought an Accel cap and rotor was for the brass contacts and the supposed 60kV dielectric rating.

So the questions I have for the group are what is the best cap and rotor combo that is commonly avalible. AC delco is usually special order at the local autoparts stores.

And I want to replace the chain just because I'm looking at it. I've been looking at the Cloyes C-3211 heavy duty roller chain, but will that fit in this motor? CSK recommends the C-3212 and it looks very weak to me.
