you may have to get a more in depth scanner for the abs codes. it wont show up with a normal scanner. another stupid simple thing to check is your fluid level.

Default Level

I did check the level, was nearly max, the obd reader should manage the ABS readings, does it with other cars well!!
I will try to find the sensors on the transmission line somewhere?!
Any help is welcome!

Hank, Does the brake pedal go down lower than usual, (almost to the floor) when you apply the brakes?

If the ABS light is on, there are DTC's in memory, guaranteed. The EBCM goes through a self test at each start up. When the vehicle reaches ~5mph it will finish the test. If a problem is detected, the light will come on and a DTC will be set in memory. The DTC's will remain in memory until they are cleared with an ABS capable scan tool, or the problem no longer exists after a certain number of cycles.

I have this exact problem. Happened three times over the last week or so. Brakes seem to be working fine, and the fluid level is full.

Hank, I can push my brakes down pretty far. Don't know if it's further than it's supposed to.

I talked to the local dealership, and they said if the fluids are fine they want to take a look at it.

Default Abs

I've read my dtc's with a descend reader, it got code C0265 as main code,it's electrical, after reset it has been good for maybe 2 hours.
Mechanic told me to bleed the whole system, only at the front I have to replace the nipples, they are broke, cannot loosen them.
Are in back order, so the story goes on!!
When I've found the C0265 movie, i will post it!!
grz. Hank.
