AC-Delco Multi-function switch replacement for 2000 Chevy Blazer.
After experiencing turn-signal-problems I decided to take the multi-switch apart and regrease it carefully with proper dielectric grease, which is supposed to be used for this kind of switches.
By now I have done this several times and found out that the switch itself could be mal-functioning from wear. So any-one needing help in this issue, give me a reply...... After checking some local shops here in The Netherlands I found out that this complete switch would set me back around $400,- ! And that's without shop-costs to get it fixed.... Amazon.com seemed to be the right place to visit and they would charge me about a third of the price I had to pay here. So I paid shipping and an Import Fees Deposit and ofcourse the price for the switch to get it all over to my place. That took about 14 days. Yesterday I removed the old switch and today I replaced it with the new one... After a short test-drive it all worked just fine again... Any-one needing more information about replacing the complete switch, please let me know.:icon_wink: |
