I was able to test the pressure this evening.
  • Key ON - 65 psi
  • Pressure drops to 0 psi immediately after pump stops running
  • Engine Running - 55 psi

Pressure is fine but leakdown is excessive. Next step is to find out where it's leaking. The filter is on the frame rail, driver side. There is a black plastic quick connect fitting that needs to be disconnected from the filter. You will need to modify the fuel pressure tester so that it connects directly to the fuel filter outlet, (with no leaks). All fuel pressure and flow must end at the tester. When the pump is running, pressure must be 73psi to 108psi. It must remain above 55psi for at least 10 minutes after the pump shuts off. The results will tell where the leak is. Post your results.

My bet would be the fuel pressure regulator is shot and the intake plenum is going to have lots of fuel puddles.

But need to complete the testing first and foremost.
