Default Another possible dreaded PASSLOCK problem?

long story short...bought a blazer, started instantly, ran beautifully, but remote start system wiring to the engine compartment was butchered and couldnt find installation manual until after the new remote start came in, ripped out old remote start system, installed new one identically to old setup (as it should according to the manuals). my problem now is i can get power during ACC and ON, door chimes, windows and radio work UNTIL i turn it over to CRANK. Now instead of wanting to start, the starter relay simply clicks before the car loses all its power. i cant get the brake lights to illuminate when i step on the brake pedal, cant turn on the reading lights, entry lights dont even turn on when i open the door until exactly 10 minutes later when im assuming the Passlock disarms and the car becomes functional again. like i saint im only assuming its the passlock but everyone else that has the similar problem still had power immediately after trying to start, which aint adding up to me. all fuses have been looked over twice now and none blew. i would like to try the Auto Learn reset but like i said power cuts out instantly turning over to CRANK so im not seeing that being a likely fix. any possible suggestions?
