Banging noice on 2-3 shift and 3-2

Hey folks, 02 blazer 4 door automatic 4wd with 132k miles. Trans loudly clicks then BANGS into 3rd, then does it again downshifting from 3-2. Mountainous roads leave me feeling very nervous that trans is going to crap out...

Any ideas? Thanks!
