"bell chime" sound on the first moves

Howdy,
About 2-3 months ago I had to replace my engine. Since that time I am having another issue (that wasn't a problem before). That one is very difficult for me to me to express, so I haven't been even trying posting. But let's see.

So, step, by step: I am getting into the car with a completely cooled down engine over night. I am cranking the engine, it starts fine. The oil pressure on idle is over 40PSI. I can accelerate rpsm, all is perfect. Then, when I select "D", and whenever car starts moving I can hear an audible sound of "ring-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding" (like an old telephone bell chime). When I stop with brake, it disappears. Then, when I release the brake, it starts over again. Once I'll drive about 20 yards, the sound is gone, until the engine/transfer case cools down again.
If I start the engine and let it run for a while, until it gets heated, the car starts driving w/o that sound.
I double, triple (or more) checked the serpentine belt accessories, and that's not the case. It is something with a drivetrain I guess.
That sound drives me crazy, really cannot find the source. I may try recording it if that helps.
Any tips?
Brgds, Mike

ttt
I am nearly convinced its inside the transfer case.
It my sound like a rattling drum. And it's just at the very few yards of the move. Later on You may drive hours and nothing unusual happens.
