Blower motor replacement
 
My truck has never put out very much air, so it got me thinking. Now just in the last few days its making buzzing noises. It stops when I shut of the air. But how hard is it to get to the blower motor and replacing it.

Blower Motor and Fan Replacement (Utility)
Removal Procedure

Disconnect the battery negative cable.
Remove the VCM. Remove the coolant reservoir. Remove the rear coolant recovery reservoir mounting stud.
Disconnect the electrical connector from the blower motor.
Remove the blower motor access cover retaining screws.
Important:Cut through the cover as straight as possible because the access cover must be replaced. Part of this repair is visible to the customer. In order to prevent damage to the component, do not cut any deeper than is necessary in order to remove the access cover.

Cut through the cover on the cut line(1) using a razor blade or a sharp utility knife.

Disconnect the cooling tube from the blower motor.
Disconnect the electrical connector from the blower motor and fan assembly.
Remove the blower motor and fan assembly mounting bolts.
Remove the blower motor and fan assembly. [/ol]
Installation Procedure
[ol]Install the blower motor and fan assembly.

Install the blower motor and fan assembly mounting bolts.

Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 4.5N·m (40lbin).

Connect the cooling tube to the blower motor.
Install the blower motor access cover.
Important:Do not use RTV. Apply the adhesive bead as straight as possible. Allow the adhesive to set for 15minutes or until the adhesive becomes tacky.

Seal the cut line using black weather-strip adhesive.
Install the blower motor access cover retaining screws.

Connect the electrical connector to the blower motor.
Install the rear coolant recovery reservoir mounting stud.
Install the coolant reservoir. .
Install the VCM. Connect the battery negative cable. [/ol]

Alright I appreciate the response...but I'm pretty new to this. Where is the VCM and all this stuff located?
