Anyone know any know or links to find brake adaptors for a 2001 blazer with a solid front axle 78 ford hp dana 44 and rear 14bolt, just need to know what adaptors etc i need

did you do the swap yet? shouldnt need anything. everything should be 3/16th standard flare american thread hard lines. you can use use the rubber lines with the dana 44. but you will probably have to buy some extended lines
