Brake line leaking, not sure what to actually replace. Pics included.
I noticed I was leaking something when I came out with a scanner to reset my check engine light...well, I knew it was brake fluid.
Here's the updated pic and video of what is leaking.

The picture has a red circle around where it is leaking from. Might be hard to see.

I never saw rubber brake lines in the frame before
Is this the line that rubs to the caliper ?

Whatever's leaking.. it aint something with a cable coming out of the end.
Unless someone blasted the other end with penetrant or wd 40.

Alright. I finally rigged a way to see where it's actually leaking from. I'm here by myself, so I had to put a Rhino Ramp in the cab and push it against the brake pedal while I was underneath. It's actually squirting out of what looks like a metal brake line that runs along that frame rail.
Will edit when video is uploaded.

- yes, bend the line out away from the frame to work with it.
- if near an existing coupling, replace to it.
Rent or borrow a double flaring tool, and buy the appropriate lines and couplings. Compression fittings wont do.
For instruction on double flare, see google and youtube

Is there just one metal brake line that goes all the way back to the rear axle? I can see the union fitting & screw in the front through the wheel well, but I don't know how it's connected in the back. Feels like there is a clip on the end of the line where it goes to rubber brake hose but not sure...it's pretty corroded up there.

Easier to follow the lines from back to front, I think. Start at the rear dust shields and work way forward. While you do one might as well replace any others that have big cluster of rust
