A/C isn't working

2000 Chevy blazer here. Just refilled my r134 a few days ago but my A/C still isn't working. I'm thinking that it's my compressor but I don't really know (Still pretty young so i don't really know how to do much)

The car took the whole can and still wouldn't cool?

there`s a vent under the dash that opens or closes for heat or ac. behind glove box

Elijah: do you know how if the compressor is running or not? Do you know what to look for? If not, ask.

I looked at it again a couple days ago and it turns out that i an not getting enough juice to it. i am only pulling about 1.2-1.4 volts and the clutch in't engaging. I direct wired it and got the clutch to work so I know I just don't know where I am losing power.

The circuit is:

Hot at all times>AC fuse (10A) in underhood relay/fuse box>compressor clutch coil with parallel diode> ground

Hot run/start>Ign E fuse (10A)>relay coil>PCM control for ground
