RE: a/c recharge
If you are applying a vacuum to the system, it should take 0.80 kg (1.8 lb.) of R134a and depending on what you need to replace, you'll need to add in the specified amount of PAG oil.
Accumulator - 60 ml (2 fl.oz.) + the amount drained Compressor - if less than or equal to 60 ml (2 fl.oz.) removed, add 60 ml (2 fl.oz.). If more than 60 ml (2 fl.oz.) add the amount removed Compressor Suction/Discharge Hose - 30 ml (1 fl.oz.) Condenser - 30 ml (1 fl.oz.) Evaporator - 90 ml (3 fl.oz.) Hope this helps! |
RE: a/c recharge
You should be able to buy a refill kit from like Advance Auto parts or Walmart or anywhere, which would have the proper amount of oil, leak stopper, and freon in canisters. It also comes with a gauge andfiller connections and most likely instuctions on how to use it. It worked great for me I think I used Arctic Air or something like that.
