can I get a tutorial on opening plug wire retainer clips on 01 blazer

Ok, so I have tried on numerous occasions to open these stupid clips. Small flathead screwdriver, picks, big screwdriver, cussing etc. Could someone please take the time to take a few pictures of how you open these?

Im sorry dude / dudette;
The only way to get those bastards open is to pry at it w/ a flat headed screwdriver, while cussing!
I spent most of my tune up opening those clips (that, and plug 3 :icon_doh:)!!! Keep prying at them...you don't need a picture of me throwing a hissy fit, and throwing tools...because that is what I did! :icon_angel:

If you look at the edge of the retainer you will see a plastic tit that holds it closed. Depress it with a small screwdriver (inward towards the spark plug wire), and while you have it depressed pull up on the top corner of the retainer - the corner right above the plastic tit you are depressing. I no longer have my Blazer so I can't take a pic, but if you look at your retainer you will see what I'm talking about.
