check engine light comes on after getting new tires?!?!!
 

my "service engine soon " light came on after i upgraded to 31x10.5x15's from 235x75r15
whats the problem?!?!? i disconnected the terminals to reset the computer but it came back on 10 minutes later. i need help please.-Chris

Have the codes checked. It may just be possible that it has nothing to do with the tires.

it only came on the daqy i got them. everything else is in good running order. i cant figure it out.are you familiar with blazers like 100%? i got a few questions

what is the SES code?

ses? Like System Error Code? whats the SeS code? i dont have a scanner so idk.i was tryin to see if n e 1 had this problem b4 i went out and paid to find out. its the Lt version blazer. i know ZR2 come with stock 31's but mine came with p235 70R 15's

SES = Service Engine Soon light on the dash gauge panel. It illuminates when the truck's PCM (Powertrain Control Module) sets a diagnostic trouble code (DTC). AutoZone and Advance Auto stores can read these codes for you at no charge. When you get the info, get back with us and let us know what the codes are then we can try to help solve the issue.
