Chevy Blazer engine adaptation.

I would like to know if somebody has experience in adapting a different engine to a chevy blazer 2nd generation. For example a 6L 250 Cubic Inches ( I think this engine doesn't fit is too long) or v8 305.

Thanks.

v8 conversions have been discussed in quite a few other threads as has the topic of inline 6 cylinder engines. There really is not enough room for a straight 6 engine. It is at least twice as long as the stock v6. The v8 is only around 25% longer and is a somewhat snug fit.

For more information, check out JagsThatRun.com and v8s10.org.
