I want to have my headlights totally manually operated light or dark but they are only manual while its light out. Any way to change it so they're manual when its dark too?

Well theres times I need to turn my lights off and I cant because they automatically come on, for me it has nothing to do with them daytime running. I was on a Christmas spectacle with my g/f and I couldent go because you just turn your parking lights and drive though it. You cant have your lights on and they wouldent let me do it. There just been times that I needed my lights off and I couldent ::wink wink::
