Do Bosch platinum +2's spark plugs cause a misfire?
is it true that Bosch platinum +2's spark plugs can cause a misfire? i have a 1995 S 10 with a misfire under light accelartion between 1-2k RPM and not under heavy hard throttle. what are your experinces with these spark plugs? should i go back to the skock A/C Delco CR44ts plugs? thanks
Yup, ditch the Bosch plugs and get some AC Delcos back in there.
I have seen more ignition problems caused by using non OEM parts that it's usually not even worth doing any real troubleshooting until you get the aftermarket stuff out of there.

what about the new spark plug wires that i put? should i replace those too? i put brand new Jegs brand 8.5mm Super conductor plug wires on it. should i go back the the A/C delco spark plug wires? please let me know
thanks so much
thanks so much
They are probably fine, no reason to replace them unless/until they go bad. The wires to avoid are the silly Nology/Jacobs style "booster" wires - once again trying to overengineer a simple part that already works just fine the way it is.
